Differences and Ranking of GB CE ANSI Standards

Basic Introduction

GB is the official national standard of China. Compulsory GB must be complied with for products sold in China. Recommended GB is commonly adopted in Chinese government bidding and local projects.
CE is a mandatory conformity mark for the European market. It is legally required to enter and sell products in EU and European Economic Area. CE enjoys high global recognition for safety and market access.
ANSI is the leading standard system in the United States. It is not forced by federal law. But it is the basic requirement for North American industrial construction and PPE industry. Most US buyers and engineering projects take ANSI as essential standard.
